  • I’m getting error message whenever i opened my woopos:
    web sync delayed or error!
    Please check log on setup (woocommerce tab), or contact support for assistance.

    You need to address this issue first:

    test product


    Please install blank WooCommerce on a new sub-domain and test if this is hosting problem, security settings or plugins problem.

    but if i change the woocommerce API keys and store URL, will this impact my current production environment?

    Just hit the “test connection” button will not impact anything.

    i did install new wordpress with only woocommerce as active plugin, still same error exits..

    i am using shared hosting from Hostgator.com and i installed wordpress using the quick install module inside my cpanel..

    Looks like hosting related security issue.
    Can you Email us your login and password for your new test WordPress website? Make sure to set admin language to English, as we cannot read Arabic. Also, send us .htaccess file if you can.
