Backorder issue?

    We noticed couple of orders appears to us with back order items email notification! we managed all our woocommerce stocks and all products are with backorder disabled..

    in today case, the customer was able to place an order, the stock quantity for one of his items in basket was 1, however, we got backorder email notification for this item??

    any idea?

    Sorry. We have no idea. It doesn’t seem to be POS related. You can do some testing, or have somebody to check WooCommerce/plugin settings.
