I’m not sure if I understand quotes fully. I create the customer, add a custom item (none of our quoted stuff is normal inventory) and then commit to a quote. When I go to quotes is there a way to open it in the POS so that I can process payment?
You cannot receive payment on quotation transaction. But you can use work order instead of quotation.
