Create invoice/Purchase history

We have a need to manually recreate invoices from previous POS systems with a date prior to today. For example, a previous point of sale has lost the customer purchase history for a purchase made 4 years ago. Is there a simple way for me to create that invoice and back date it several years ?

Enable switch 100 in store settings. Double click the date and make the change. Admin login required.
