Decimal Error when printing shipping label shippo

I’m getting the error:

$21.99000000$3.64 input string was not in a correct format.

 

I load the order through the POS web orders button click print shipping label and I get the error above. I didn’t have any issues editing the order in the shippo interface itself on the web (order was imported through woocommerce), so looks like something in the API call.
