Initial inventory setup

We used to sell only on woocommerce but are now expanding to a physical store.

The inventory count on woocommerce is already correct.  All we need to do is to transfer part of the inventory from woocommerce to the physical store.

Can I check what is the best way to achieve this and which article which I look at in the knowledge base?

When you save API settings, you can select to import stock quantities or not.

Is there a way to transfer inventory from web (woocommerce) to store (POS)?

Yes. You can transfer using a file exported from WooCommerce or WooPOS.

In the transfer out tab, it seems that I can only select “99 – Web Store” in the “Transfer Out to Store” selection.  But I would like to do it the other way – transfer from web store to POS.

I would prefer to do the transfer dynamically on the POS instead of using file export/import if possible.

You need to login to the web store to transfer from the web store.
