Greetings. After a disk crash of the register used as primary database and rebuilding, all is well, except secondary registers (i.e. not having a local database) gets the error on startup ” Database Server DOCS-1921 is offline for for than x days. Run WooPOS with internet access….prevent Windows OS from entering sleep mode..” Is this because the primary database PC is entering sleep mode, or we just need to change the Windows computer name of the primary database?
By the way, cudos to WooPOS! Your architecture allowed easy recovery with no loss of data!
Please go to setup, data sync tab, check the list of the servers. If the server is no longer available, just delete it from the list. If the server is still running but the sync is not working, please let us know.
