Points for online orders

Is WooPOS Store Credit & Points supposed to award points for web orders if apply to checked stores includes 99 – web?

I have the plugin installed and enable points is checked and I see people’s physical sales points syncing, but I don’t see people earning points for web purchases.

Yes. It should work. Are the web orders invoiced?

Only the finalized order (invoice) will earn points.

So I need to check the box in setup/woo that says automatically finalize completed web orders and convert to invoice?

that did it, looks like points are set how they should be now
