Refunding Gift Cards

  • On future release, can you please allow refunding to A/R account when deactivating/refunding Gift Cards?  It’s greyed out.  (i.e. Customer ordered, but not picked up, changed mind, etc.)

    My workaround was to refund in cash, and then pay the customer’s A/R invoice with cash, but not the optimal solution.

    Please use the “store credit” payment type to get the refund and pay the AR by “store credit”.
