Hi! Just another post on a different subject, is there a way to put a sale on hold? e.g. a customer comes up, puts some things through, then decides they want something else and goes away for a few minutes, meanwhile there’s a queue and you want to serve the next customer!
I was just looking and could not find this option in POS? but is there some kind of workaround?

Out of curiosity, what happens to a Parked Transaction, or a Layaway if the til is closed at end of day? Do Parked Transactions get deleted automatically?
When you do day end, the system will ask you if you want to delete all parked transactions. But the layaway transactions will never be deleted. You can void or recall instead.
