Returns on special skus

    I am just wondering, when I have a transaction that is a specialsku, and i want to return an item from it, Woopos does not allow me to do it the “official” way, i.e. by going into transactions and pressing “return”. I notice that for those transactions where I did a specialsku, it is separated into special order and a payment instead of just an invoice. I suppose that is part of the reason? Just curious is there a way round this?

    I suppose the only thing I can do really is to do is just do a negative quantity on the specialsku?

    You should receive negative payment on the special order transaction to zero the balance. And then void the special order. The special Sku has not been invoiced yet, so there’s nothing to return.
