No database available

  • Hi 🙂

     

    I’m trying to install WooPos. WooPos tells me that there’s no database available to connect to. Nothing in the drop down menu.

     

    “No database is available. If this is the second installed computer, please leave POS running on the first computer for a while.”

     

    This is not the second installed computer. This is my first installation. I had many issues trying to install SQL server as WooPos would tell me that installation failed and I had to restart my PC and try again.

     

    Anyone know how I can get WooPos up and running?

    Can you make sure you are running the newest version? (Download here: https://woopos.com/download/). Our cloud database IP changed 2 weeks ago.

    Please delete C:\WooPOS\LocalSettings folder and reinstall. If it still doesn’t work, please install TeamViewer and email us to support@woopos.com
