Error Logging In

  • I have fixed it for you. Just run WooPOS and log in after 3 to 5 minutes (sync data changes from the cloud). The admin password has been reset to default.

    Now i get this

    Your account has been locked out!
    Please try again after 30 minutes,
    or have a supervisor unlock the account.

    Hello, I have the same issue. I accidentally disabled Multi-Store-Account and now I get this error
    You do not have Multi-Store Access to: Physical POS
    Please have a supervisor review your Employee Setup.

    I only have on administrator account that I’ve used to log in. How can I fix that?

    I have enabled multi-store login if you have only one user. Please download and upgrade.
