You may need to change the order/transaction shipping address to an address that is not on the customer’s profile. Since WooPOS allows one shipping address on the profile, alternatively, we can add a new customer and select the new customer’s shipping address as the order/transaction shipping address.
Once you selected the customer, you can change a customer’s shipping address during a transaction.
This brings up the customer’s screen, allowing you to modify the shipping address, or select a different customer’s shipping address. Once you have made the desired changes, press the Save button on the bottom of the screen to save your changes. Finally, select the customer with the desired shipping address, then either double-click or use the Select button at the top of the screen.
This will send you back to the transaction screen. If you selected a different customer, a note will say Shipping Address Changed in green. You can now complete your transaction.
