The most common reason for this issue, is because the default printer device for your computer is not selected properly. WooPOS displays reports by showing a preview image that the selected default printer would print.

Because the wrong default printer is selected, WooPOS is not properly calibrated to display all the desired results in your report. To fix this issue, you must change your default printer to a full size printer, not a 3 inch receipt printer.
