Inventory count quantity should reflect inventory quantity of the snapshot time. Any items sold after creating your inventory snapshot, but before they have been counted and added to a batch must be added to your count using a manual input batch. This can be done in two ways:

1. Using the Quick Add Item area to manually enter the item’s code (press Enter key) and the quantity of the item before any was sold, and then click Add Item.


2. Or if you already have the SKU added to your batch, but the quantity was counted after the sale, you can edit the quantity counted to reflect your original quantity.
