This plugin only provides some basic features. Can you try to use HTML code as the email message? I’m not sure it will work or not. If you don’t have many gift cards, you can manually send emails. Otherwise, you can hire somebody to modify the plugin and do the customization for you.

WooPOS always re-calculate QOH based on historical transactions in POS. It will ignore any manual changes on WooCommerce. Please make an inventory adjustment in POS, or do a sales return without adding stock back if you have already finalized the web order.

You can use Skus (Tab)->Import/Export->Export SKUs. Edit in Excel. Delete all columns except the SKU and the attribute. and use the “Import Attribute” menu to import back.

Another way is to enable switch 102 in the store settings. Change the attribute value for one of the SKUs. Hold CTRL key and click Save. The system will ask you to select SKUs to apply the change you have just made.

You can also email a detailed request to us. We will change it for you.
